1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CAESARS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
2. Description of Services
CAESARS provides AI-powered services including report generation, hallucination detection, named entity recognition, proofreading, and resume screening. Services are provided via API access, web interfaces, and related tools as described in our product documentation.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to access our services. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API keys associated with your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations. You may not use our services to process data that you do not have the right to use, or to build competing products using our technology. Rate limits and usage quotas apply as specified in your service plan.
5. Intellectual Property
The services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by CAESARS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your own — we claim no ownership over content you submit through our APIs.
6. Payment Terms
Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CAESARS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
